The Wheel Of Time is one of the most fun new shows that’s come to Amazon Prime Video, and we wanted to know when Season 2 will be released. So, it’s no wonder that there are loads of fans wondering when the second season will be released on Prime Video.
Honestly, the show has been one of my favourite recent releases on Prime Video. I was really impressed with the cast, and I thought that the story was really fascinating.
However, it does seem as though fans of the original source material weren’t best pleased with the new series. The series is based on a series of books by Robert Jordan.
That said, even though the fans of the books weren’t overly satisfied with the show, it still had a whole load of fans that loved it. People like me that didn’t read the books really seemed to enjoy the first series of the show.

So, when will The Wheel Of Time Season 2 be released on Amazon Prime Video? This is a question that we’ve been trying to get answers for for quite some time now.
The second season finished shooting quite some time back. They actually shot the first two seasons back to back, which is a testament to how confident Amazon is with the show.
I think they know that the series is exactly the sort of show people want to watch at the moment. After Game Of Thrones finished, there’s been a gap in the market, and I think The Wheel Of Time filled that gap for a while.
Yes, we’ve got another Game Of Thrones series coming, and Amazon’s The Lord Of The Rings show will surely please all those people that have been wanting to watch a fantasy show like Game Of Thrones.
As far as The Wheel Of Time Season 2’s release date is concerned, I’m thinking that it’ll be released towards the end of 2022. However, there’s still no official release date for the show’s second season.

So, we do know that Season 2 of the series is coming, but what about future seasons of The Wheel Of Time? Are they happening or not?
The good news is that The Wheel Of Time Season 3 has already been officially renewed by Amazon. This means that we’re going to get at least three seasons of this series.
I like this fact because it means that it becoming invested in this new series won’t be a waste of time. We’re definitely going to be getting three seasons, and I’ve been hearing that a season 4 is also in the works.

As I mentioned above, there were quite a few negative reactions to the first season of The Wheel Of Time. However, I do think that with the second and third seasons, they’re going to get most of the books’ fans on their side.
The show was developed and created by Rafe Judkins who’s also the series’ showrunner. He’s been very vocal about trying to do justice to the source material.
It really does seem as though people involved in the making of the series are taking it very seriously and want to do the books justice and also respect the fans.
As for who stars in The Wheel Of Time, we’ve got the likes of Rosamund Pike, Daniel Henney, Zoë Robins, Madeleine Madden, Josha Stradowski, Marcus Rutherford, Barney Harris (not in Season 2 nor 3), Kate Fleetwood, Priyanka Bose, Hammed Animashaun, Sophie Okonedo, Kae Alexander and Fares Fares.
It was revealed that Harris had left the show and was being replaced by Dónal Finn in the upcoming season of the show.
