Clarkson’s Farm Season 2 Prime Video Release Date Revealed

Clarkson’s Farm Season 2 is coming to Amazon Prime Video, and we’ve been digging for a release date for the new season. Well, I’m happy to inform you that we’ve got news to share with you on that front. However, before we get into that, I just wanted to go over what we had been told about the series’ release date previously.

So, we had already reached out to a source with close links to Amazon Studios and asked them if they had any knowledge about Clarkson’s Farm Season 2’s release date. This is what they had to say on the matter:

At the moment, we cannot share a precise release date with you. All we can give you is a January to March 2023 release window.

So, we were getting an answer of sorts, and we ran with that story last week. However, January to March 2023 isn’t a release date – it’s a release window, and being a fan of the show myself, I wanted a little more information and a more accurate release date.

With that in mind, I started emailing and calling up everyone I knew who might know something about the show’s release date or know someone who might be able to help. Well, thankfully, our persistence paid off, and one of our sources was able to offer us something more definite about when the second season of the series will be released on the streaming platform.

When will the second season be released?

Here’s what one of our sources had to say about the show’s upcoming season and when it might be released on Prime Video:

Right now, we’re targeting a February 2023 release. Yet, that is subject to change depending on how long we take to edit the bloody thing. It’s going to be a pretty big beast this time around – so much farming and Clarkson nonsense!

OK, so that’s a bit better. It looks like, as it stands, they are working towards a February 2023 release date on Prime Video, which is much better than January to March 2023. This means it would be well over a year between seasons one and two’s release dates. The first season of this new series was released on June 11th, 2021.

New episodes of the series could be released on a weekly basis

They released the whole season at once. However, we’ve been told they might be looking to do something slightly different for the second season. We were actually informed that it’s Amazon’s plan to have new episodes of the second season be released on a weekly basis.

This is actually a release strategy that I believe would benefit the show. Amazon has already tried releasing new episodes of its biggest shows on a weekly basis and the popularity of those shows has gone through the roof. The Boys was a great example of this. The first season was released all at once, and then they released the second season’s episodes every week.

This caused the show’s streaming numbers to skyrocket, and for good reason. People heard good things about the show and tuned in every week to watch the latest episode. If you release episodes of a show all at once, the hype is very short-lived, and the show is quickly forgotten about.

As for Clarkson’s Farm, it was recently revealed that Amazon had renewed the show for a third season. It seems they are very confident in this series, which is a good sign.
