Daredevil And Kingpin To Star In Echo Disney Plus Series

It’s been reported that Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin are going to star in the Disney Plus Echo series.

This was revealed on The Weekly Planet during their segment ‘Hot Scoop Or Shot Of Poop’ (we’re legally obliged to mention the segment’s name).

Here’s what The Weekly Planet’s James had to say about the upcoming Echo Disney Plus series:

According to my source’s source (this is two sources deep) (…) The Echo series which is coming up, (…) Daredevil is in it for three episodes as in Charlie Cox. Kingpin, Vinnie D’Onofrio is in four. The Kingpin storyline is building up for him running for Mayor of New York City. Apparently, he’s going to be wearing an eyepatch because he was shot in the head in Hawkeye. I don’t know if you remember that. Daredevil is also going to be rocking a red and black suit and is looking for Jessica Jones. So, they’re laying the groundwork to bring back [Krysten] Ritter most likely. Not necessarily in this series.

Are you excited to see both Cox’s Daredevil and D’Onofrio’s Kingpin in the Echo series?

It sounds like Daredevil is going to play a pretty important part in the upcoming series.

It’ll be really cool to see him try to find Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones in the series.

There have been rumours for quite some time suggesting that Ritter will be returning as Jessica Jones, and it sounds like those rumours were bang on the money.
