Toy Story 4 Director Hired To Helm The Next Transformers Movie

It’s been revealed that Toy Story 4’s director, Josh Cooley has been hired by Entertainment One and Paramount Pictures to make the next Transformers movie.

This news comes from Deadline who reported that Josh Cooley would be making a prequel Transformers movie.

Cooley won an Oscar for his work on Toy Story 4, which was to be expected.

The movie was pretty good, although I had my issues with the movie being made in the first place.

That said, I think it was a very well written and directed movie.

Cooley seems like one of the more interesting directors to make a Transformers movie.

I really enjoyed the last Transformers film, Bumblebee, which was directed by Travis Knight

Deadline also revealed that this upcoming Transformers prequel movie would be set on Cybertron.

That is the planet from which the Transformers robots (both good and bad) came from.

The film’s plot will resolve around the relationship between Optimus Prime and Megatron.

This Transformers prequel script was written by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari.

They helped with Ant-Man’s script and were the credited writers on Ant-Man and the Wasp.
