Moon Knight Reportedly Returning With Supernatural Avengers

It’s being reported that Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight could be returning to the MCU with other supernatural Avengers, which would be really fun.

This report comes to us via Mikey Sutton over at Geekosity.

First off, is there a Moon Knight Season 2 on the cards?

Well, as far as Oscar Isaac’s concerned, there are no plans over at Marvel Studios for a Moon Knight Season 2.

Here’s what Isaac had to say when he was asked about a second season by RadioTimes.com:

You know, I think we approached it as ‘this is the story’ and let’s just put everything out on the table on this story. There’s definitely no official plans to continue it. I think it would depend on what the story is. That being said, I love being Steven. I just love it. It’s just like, physically, it’s so much fun to be him. So, you know, if there was a story that really made sense, I’d be happy to be part of it.

Here’s what Mikey Sutton had to say about what’s planned for Moon Knight in the MCU’s future:

Sources continue to claim that Moon Knight will join the Midnight Suns with Ghost Rider, Blade, and Werewolf by Night. Marvel Studios is piecing the supernatural Avengers together.

So, it sounds as though all of these supernatural characters will come back together in a Midnight Suns-inspired series or movie.

It does seem as though Marvel Studios is keeping their plans for the character a closely guarded secret.

Even Moon Knight’s director and executive producer revealed that he has no idea what they have in store for the character.

Mohamed Diab admitted in an interview: “I’m kept in the dark, just like the fans.”
