Moon Knight’s star, Oscar Isaac, has opened up about the possibility of Season 2 happening over on Disney Plus, and what he had to say is very interesting.

There have been a lot of fans on social media after Moon Knight’s finale was aired on Disney Plus asking about a second season.

It seems as though there’s a lot of demand for Moon Knight Season 2.

However, it seems there are or were no plans to make Moon Knight Season 2, at least, according to Oscar Isaac.

Isaac revealed this during a recent interview with RadioTimes.com.

Here’s what he had to say on the matter:

You know, I think we approached it as ‘this is the story’. And let’s just put everything out on the table on this story. There’s definitely no official plans to continue it. I think it would depend on what the story is.

There were reports that Marvel Studios had only contracted Oscar Isaac for one season of Moon Knight.

However, it seems Isaac would love to play Marc Spector and Steven Grant again in the MCU.

“That being said, I love being Steven,” he told RadioTimes.com.

He added: “I just love it. It’s just like, physically, it’s so much fun to be him.

“So, you know, if there was a story that really made sense, I’d be happy to be part of it.”

Interestingly enough, Isaac’s fellow cast members feel the same way about playing their MCU characters again.

Both Ethan Hawke and May Calamawy (who play Arthur Harrow and Layla El-Faouly respectively) said they’d love to play their Moon Knight roles again.

However, they also mentioned that they haven’t heard of any plans for their return to the MCU.

“I’ve not heard anything,” Calamawy said.

She added: “So if there [are plans], I’m yet to hear. If there were, I would, yeah, I’d consider returning. Of course.”

Hawke also said: “Do you want to play the same character for long periods of time? Most actors don’t. But if you’re making audiences happy, your opinion changes.”
