First Footage Of Gwendoline Christie’s Lucifer In The Sandman Revealed

First-Footage-Of-Gwendoline-Christie’s-Lucifer-In-The-Sandman-Revealed

We finally have our first look at Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer in Netflix’s upcoming series, The Sandman and I think she looks perfect in the role.

This first footage of Christie’s Lucifer came in a video that Netflix posted on YouTube in which they revealed that Netflix’s Geeked Week was coming.

Geeked Week is going to be back on June 6-10 with its five-day live virtual fan fest.

The event will celebrate Netflix’s genre slate with exclusive news, sneak peeks, talent panels and more from our genre films, series, and games.

One of the upcoming series that will be part of Geeked Week will be Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman and I cannot wait to learn more about this series.

I am a huge fan of Gaiman’s graphic novels which the series is going to be based on.

When it was announced that they had opted to case Gwendoline Christie in the role of Lucifer in the show, people were a bit puzzled.

Some people were saying: “But what about Tom Ellis?” and “Lucifer isn’t a woman…!” and a bunch of other rather silly things.

However, if you’ve read the comics, then you’ll know that the Lucifer in The Sandman looks very different to the one in the Lucifer TV series.

In the comics, Lucifer is a tall, dapper, handsome man with light skin, amber eyes, and blonde or reddish-blonde hair.

Lucifer is described as being eternally youthful and “beautifully made.”

I think that Gwendoline Christie fits that description rather well, apart from the “man” bit, but that doesn’t really matter.
