Batman & Robin Is A Terrible Film According To George Clooney

I think we can all agree that Batman & Robin starring George Clooney as Batman, a.k.a. Bruce Wayne, isn’t very good. Well, Clooney recently called the movie “terrible” during a recent interview with GQ.

He’s said this sort of stuff in the past. He actually apologised to the fans for having been a part of the movie during an interview on the Graham Norton Show a while back. Well, he’s not done apologising for that movie, and seems to think the film is really, really bad.

The movie was directed by Joel Schumacher who sadly passed away recently. It starred Clooney as Batman, alongside Chris O’Donnell as Robin, Alicia Silverstone as Batgirl, Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy and famously Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze.

Here’s what George Clooney had to say about the Joel Schumacher Batman & Robin movie:

The only way you can honestly talk about things is to include yourself and your shortcomings in those things. Like, when I say Batman & Robin‘s a terrible film, I always go, ‘I was terrible in it’. Because I was, number one. But also because then it allows you the ability to say, ‘Having said I sucked in it, I can also say that none of these other elements worked, either’. You know? Lines like ‘Freeze, Freeze!’.
