2005’s Fantastic Four Movie Removed From Disney Plus

It’s been revealed that 2005’s Fantastic Four movie has been removed from Disney Plus, and this isn’t the first time this sort of thing’s happened.

This news comes to us from What’s On Disney Plus and I am not really surprised that Disney opted to remove the movie.

However, I am a bit surprised by the timing.

Personally, I loved the fact that they had all of the Fox Marvel movies on there.

Where else should they be now that Disney owns Fox?

I have loved having all my Marvel movies (Marvel Studios and fox ones) all in one place.

However, it looks like Disney is up to their old tricks yet again.

They’ll give you something and then take it away.

I must stress that at the moment this is only in the US.

I do believe that if you live in the UK or in Europe you can still watch 2005’s Fantastic Four if you so wish.

But then again, why would you ever want to watch that movie again?

It’s not terrible. It’s a damn sight better than Josh Trank’s Fantastic 4 movie that was released in 2015.

That film was just dreadful.

2005’s Fantastic Four was a product of its time.

Superhero movies weren’t where they are now.

The first Sam Raimi Spider-Man movie had just been released in 2002 and that was the start of the superhero movie era in Hollywood.

Fantastic Four was still part of the old guard of superhero films.

What do you make of this news?
