The Witcher Season 2 Is Deep In Post-Production

It seems as though Netflix’s The Witcher Season 2 is already deep in post-production according to the show’s showrunner.

This news was revealed by The Witcher Season 2’s showrunner, Lauren S. Hissrich, and she seems really upbeat about the series.

Here’s what she said via Twitter:

Back in London. Back in the (small dark loud) rooms where it happens. That’s right, we’re deep into post-production on #TheWitcher S2, and I’m so fucking excited.

So, according to Lauren, they’re now deep into post-production of The Witcher Season 2 in London.

This means that they should be able to hit their release date for Season 2 on Netflix.

Hopefully, this means that we might get to see a trailer for The Witcher Season 2 in the next few months.

The second season had a rather troubled production thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Filming was postponed due to the pandemic and then Henry Cavill suffered an injury on set.

This just added to the delay and it seemed for a bit that Season 2 was doomed or cursed.

However, it seems as though it wasn’t as they are now deep into post-production on The Witcher Season 2.

So, this means that we should see the second season be released on Netflix sooner rather than later.
