It was revealed that The Flash Season 9 is being held back for a mid-season premiere in 2023.

The CW’s announcement via The Hollywood Reporter didn’t specify whether this upcoming season of The Flash would be the show’s final season.

However, the season’s late premiere date does suggest that the number of episodes in Season 9 will be lower than in previous seasons of The CW series.

It had been reported previously that Season 9 would be the show’s final season.

We’re going to have to wait and see whether that turns out to be the case.
