The Exorcist Director Calls A Quiet Place 2 A Horror Classic

John Krasinski’s hotly-anticipated sequel to A Quiet Place has been released, and The Exorcist director has already called A Quiet Place 2 a horror classic.

This is huge praise from the man who made one of the best horror movies of all time.

William Friedkin recently took to Twitter to reveal his thoughts on Krasinski’s new movie.

Krasinski then retweeted Friedkin’s tweet and just obviously was a bit lost for words.

So, what did Friedkin actually say in his tweet?

You can check out his tweet below.

Yep, so Friedkin thinks that A Quiet Place 2 is a classic horror film and he just seems happy that cinema is back.

A Quiet Place 2 was supposed to be released in 2020, however, they ended up pushing it back over a year.

They did this because the studio and Krasinski really felt that the movie had to be seen on the biggest screen possible.

After having seen A Quiet Place, I couldn’t agree more.

The first film really benefited from being seen on a huge screen.

I can only imagine how incredible A Quiet Place 2 must look on the big cinema screen.

Krasinski’s really demonstrated what a talented director he is with these A Quiet Place movies.

I’ll be interested to see what Krasinski does next.
