Robert Pattinson’s The Batman Is Now Filming In London

The Batman starring Robert Pattinson has begun filming in London this week.

The fact that Robert Pattinson is playing Batman, a.k.a. Bruce Wayne is one of the main reasons I’m so looking forward to this movie.

The Batman is being directed by Matt Reeves who also wrote the film’s script.

Reeves posted on Twitter the clapper board from the first day of shooting on The Batman.

The film is currently filming in London and it has an incredible cast.

Added to Pattinson, the film stars Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon.

It also stars Colin Farrell as The Penguin, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth and Peter Sarsgaard as District Attorney Gil Colson.

Other cast members include John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Alex Ferns as Commissioner Pete Savage and Jayme Lawson as Bella Reál.

I love this cast and can’t wait to see them all in action.

Some of the cast members have been talking about incredible Matt Reeves’ script for The Batman is.

Colin Farrell told Jimmy Kimmel about Reeves’ The Batman script during a recent interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Here’s what he had to say about Reeves’ The Batman script.

I’m still in the process of talking to Matt Reeves, who’s the director and who wrote the script, and wrote a really, really beautiful, dark, moving script. Really gorgeous.

This was when Jimmy Kimmel interjected and asked the actor whether he had read the whole script already, and this was when Colin Farrell revealed that he had done:

Yeah. Yeah. With a chain around my arm and a cryogenically frozen script. It’s all very hush-hush, but it’s a really beautiful script that he wrote and he has a real love for it, Matt. And we’re just in the process of finishing designing the aesthetic of the character.
