Will Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker Feature A Major Star Wars Character Death?
Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker isn’t that far away from being released in theatres, which is hugely exciting, however, there’s been some news that the movie might see a huge character death.
The upcoming film will undoubtedly feature some huge and shocking moments, and one of them seems to be the death of a major Star Wars character.
But, who could it be? Which character will be about to meet his or her maker?
Well, according to We Got This Covered, Kylo Ren (played by Adam Driver) is going to be killed off in this final Star Wars movie, Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker.
The media outlet wrote: “There’s been rumours and reports of Kylo Ren meeting his maker by the time the credits roll on The Rise of Skywalker and it seems that Adam Driver’s villain will indeed be one of the film’s casualties.”
They added that they had first heard this rumour a few months ago, but their sources have since reconfirmed the rumour and added that he’ll be killed off by Palpatine.
Will there be a major character death in Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker?
This adds to my theory that Kylo will have a change of heart and come back to the Light Side of the Force and fight Palpatine alongside Rey (Daisy Ridley).
He’ll probably end up sacrificing himself to save Rey, which is why some of the footage has shown Rey going up against Palpatine on her own, and other leaked images have shown Rey and Kylo about to fight Palpatine together.
This is just pure speculation at this point, but the footage and the images are there for everyone to look at if they wish and draw their own conclusions.
What do you think? Do you think Kylo Ren will end up sacrificing himself to save Rey? Let us know in the comments below.
