Mindhunter Director Says Season 3 Could Still Happen

Mindhunter director, Asif Kapadia recently told fans around the world that Mindhunter Season 3 could still happen.

He explained that fans just needed to make enough noise about it to get Netflix to listen.

Here’s what Kapadia had to say about Mindhunter Season via his Twitter account:

Audiences around the world need let @netflix know that there is a real interest & demand for Season 3 of @MINDHUNTER_ if you make enough noise, It might actually happen….

The thing is, he is very much right, and I’ll go into why he is in a bit.

Before I get into that, I’d like to explain why people thought that Netflix might be about to reveal that Mindhunter Season 3 was happening.

Mindhunter Season 3 could still happen – we need to just make some noise!

NetflixFilm’s Twitter account tweeted the following:

Something special is coming tomorrow from David Fincher…

Naturally, many Mindhunter fans were hoping, praying and wishing that this announcement was going to be Mindhunter Season 3.

It turned out to be a new docuseries called VOIR, which will explore cinema and Fincher is a producer on this series.

So, that was a bit of a disappointment for Mindhunter fans the world over.

However, all is not lost.

If the fans make enough noise, that could get Netflix and Fincher to agree on terms for Season 3.

We did reveal a while back that Netflix and Fincher were talking about Mindhunter Season 3.

It seems like enough time’s passed now for Fincher to be OK with coming back to the series.
