It’s been revealed that Stranger Things star, Millie Bobby Brown is in talks to star in a future Star Wars project which I think is very good news.

This news comes to us via The Mirror.

According to the outlet, Disney executives have held “secret talks” with Millie Bobby Brown and it could mean a £12 million payday for the Stranger Things star.

We already know that Millie and her father, Robert, are good friends with Lucasfilm President, Kathleen Kennedy.

Millie Bobby Brown is currently one of the best-paid Netflix stars, bringing home roughly one million dollars per Stranger Things episode.

However, it sounds as though she might be getting herself the biggest payday for her career if these Star Wars talks end up being productive.

One of the main reasons why Disney is so keen to bring Brown into the Star Wars universe is her appeal to younger audiences.

According to The Mirror, this makes her market value of £12 million minimum “an easy decision for Disney.”

A source told The Mirror the following:

Millie is on Disney’s radar for the new Star Wars projects. She’s had contact with Kathleen, who is aware of her desire to feature in a movie or play a central role in one of the new TV projects for Disney Plus.

The outlet added that the conversations between Brown and Disney are “informal” at the moment, but there is “mutual respect” between the pair.

The Mirror continued:

The Disney executives know just how much of an icon she is already for the 10 to 30-year-old audience and what that brings in terms of appeal. She could easily take home $15m for a first film or series. And she doesn’t need to audition – it’s more a case of how the director and her bond. She has the gravitas to hold down the lead for that universe.

Millie Bobby Brown is currently working on Enola Holmes 2 for Netflix and then has to film the final season of Stranger Things.
