Marvel Rumoured To Want To Make A WandaVision-Like Show For Deadpool

There are rumours now that suggest that Disney and Marvel Studios are looking into the possibility of making a Deadpool TV show much in the same vein of WandaVision. This rumour comes from We Got This Covered, so maybe take it with a pinch of salt.

This could be a very interesting way to go for the character. It’s recently been revealed that Deadpool 3 has new writers in the Molyneux sisters, which is really exciting. However, there are now rumours that Deadpool could also be getting his own TV show on Disney Plus.

The rumour suggests that Deadpool could be getting a WandaVision-like TV show. What does this mean, I hear you ask? Well, it means that they could be thinking of making a Deadpool TV show that takes place in Wade Wilson’s head.

This would align with the comic book version of the Deadpool character. In the comics, he struggles with a split personality disorder and often ends up talking to himself. It doesn’t take much to imagine a really interesting Deadpool that takes place in the anti-hero’s head.

I’m pretty sure this is an idea that the creator of the Deadpool character, Rob Leifeld, would love. He’s often talking about different ways they could take the character in the MCU. This would be one interesting way to go.

I also think that Ryan Reynolds would like the idea. They’ve also explored doing scenes that take place inside Deadpool’s head in the previous movies. So, there is precedent for this happening in the MCU.
