Lucifer Season 5 isn’t too far away from being released on Netflix, at least, that’s what my gut’s telling me.
We’ve been waiting for what seems like ages for this final season of Lucifer.
That’s said, we’re also fine with waiting because then it means that we still live in a world where there’s going to more Lucifer.
Well, it sounds as if Netflix has heard our calls for Lucifer to be extended slightly, as it’s now been revealed that the final season (Season 5) will be 16 episodes long and split into two parts.
This means that we’re basically getting two seasons of Lucifer for the price of one.
This was where Tom revealed: “Season 5 of Lucifer is going to be split into two halves.
“Netflix is going to drop eight episodes, there’s going to be a little break, and then they’re going to drop another eight more episodes.”
Lucifer Season 5 is going to longer, bigger and better!
This is wonderful news, firstly because it means that Lucifer Season 5 is going to be longer than we had first thought.
Secondly, it means that we’re going to get a proper conclusion of the show which we have all loved for so many years.
Lucifer was picked up by Netflix after it had been cancelled by Fox following a huge cliffhanger at the end of Season 3.
The show is now on Netflix who made Lucifer Season 4, which I believe is the very best season yet.
We’re going to have to wait and see whether Lucifer Season 5 manages to go one better than the previous one.
