Kumail Nanjiani has revealed that there was a bomb scare on The Eternals set, which sounds super scary.

He revealed this in a recent interview with Empire Magazine.

Here’s what Nanjiani had to say on the bomb scare on The Eternals set:

Some of the actors found this metal thing and were like, ‘Hey, what’s that?’… I remember being like, ‘Guys why’s the schedule changing? WHAT DO YOU MEAN, THERE’S A BOMB?!?

So, it sounds like that was a pretty insane thing to happen on the set of The Eternals.

Nanjiani also revealed that this bomb scare ended up forcing the schedule to change.

So, they really did believe that this “metal thing” could have been a bomb.

They were filming the movie on an island off the coast of Spain.

Specifically, they were filming on the Canary Islands, which are beautiful.

However, it has been reported that they were used as military bases by the Nazis during the Second World War.

So, it’s understandable why they might start panicking when a big metal thing was found on the island.

It could have very easily been an unexploded bomb, and that would have been devastating.

The Eternals is going to be coming out later this year – November 5th.

The movie is directed by Chloe Zhao and has an incredible cast.
