So, it seems as though Kevin Feige is a bit happier with Disney’s CEO, Bob Chapek, since the Scarlett Johansson/Black Widow lawsuit has been settled.

This was revealed in a recent feature in The Hollywood Reporter and it sounds as though Feige and Chapek are now seeing eye-to-eye.

Here’s what was said in the article about Feige and this thoughts on Chapek:

Marvel boss Kevin Feige won’t address the Johansson litigation, but, while he is not known for discussing Disney internal politics, he says the still-new CEO is being underestimated. ‘I think he is a creative guy, a nice guy, a real guy,’ Feige says, adding that Chapek offers ‘just enough of an opinion to give good feedback’ on early cuts of movies and shows.

So, at face value, it does seem as though Kevin Feige liked Bob Chapek.

Chapek took over as the new CEO of Disney from Bob Iger.

Iger was the CEO of the company during its most lucrative era of all time.

Under Iger’s leadership, Disney became one of the world’s most valuable companies.

They bought the likes of Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios and most recently 20th Century Fox.

However, it hasn’t been a smooth transition from the era of Iger to the era of Chapek.

Hopefully, this means that things will get better moving forward.
