Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 Wraps Filming Next Week

Guardians-Of-The-Galaxy-3-Wraps-Filming-Next-Week

It’s been revealed by James Gunn that Marvel Studios’ Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 will be wrapping production next week, which is interesting.

So, James Gunn posted an image on Instagram of Laura Haddock and Gregg Henry on set together whilst filming Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2.

If you know Gunn and what he’s like on social media, then you’ll know that he’s very active and tends to like answering people’s questions.

In the comments, one fan asked Gunn if he “had a role planned” for Fillion in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3.

Gunn then responded: “Well if I did it would be far past planned since we only have 8 more days of shooting.”

So, let’s do a little math here.

This post was shared on April 24th, and that means that the third Guardians of the Galaxy movie will end up completely production on May 2nd, which is next week.

Given that the movie will be wrapping up production next week, that gives Gunn has his team of editors almost a year to edit the film.

The movie is scheduled to hit cinemas on May 5th, 2023.

Interestingly enough, Gunn expertly managed to sidestep the question of whether Nathan Fillion would be making an appearance in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3.

I would love to see Fillion turn up in this movie since he’s kind of been in all of them up until this point.

He was in a bunch of movie posters in the second Guardians movie, and he played an alien in the first movie.

Fillion and Gunn are a bit like Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell.

They are a director/actor duo that love to work together and are good friends.
