It’s been revealed by one of Disney Plus’ international accounts that Rosario Dawson is indeed playing Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian.

This news was actually revealed by Disney Plus’ Indian Instagram account.

The post has since been deleted.

Here’s what they wrote in the post:

What does Ahsoka Tano’s live-action avatar look like? Rosario Dawson is set to play the famous Clone Wars Jedi.

Hotstar is the company that runs Disney’s content in India.

the fact that this post was then deleted makes me believe that Rosario Dawson is all but confirmed to be playing Ahsoka Tano.

It had been revealed beforehand, yet there hadn’t been any official confirmation before now.

We can still see the Instagram post thanks to Corey Van Dyke on Twitter.

He posted a screengrab of the initial Instagram post.

I was revealed to us that Ahsoka Tano will only be turning up in one episode of The Mandalorian Season 2.

That episode will reportedly be episode 6 of Season 2.

There have also been rumours that Tano will end up getting her own live-action series after appearing in The Mandalorian.

That is something that I would really love to see.

Ahsoka Tano is a fascinating character, and hopefully, we’ll get to know about her and what she got up to after Star Wars: Rebels.
