Chris Evans Could Cameo As Old Cap In The Falcon And The Winter Soldier

I would be right in saying that there wasn’t a dry eye in the house when Steve Rogers returned at the end of Avengers: Endgame as old Cap (Captain America), and we learnt that he had given himself the life he had always wanted with Agent Carter.

It was a truly beautiful moment, and Chris Evans didn’t look too bad all aged up. He looked happy and that was just so heartwarming to see.

It might make the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe rather uncertain because he may have blown a hole through the space-time continuum, or whatever, in order to fulfil his dream of living a happy life with his one true love.

However, there are now reports that that scene of old Cap might not be the last we’ve seen of him since sources close to We Got This Covered have now revealed that he could turn up in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier TV show on Disney Plus.

Will old Cap make a return in The Falcon and The Winter Solider?

Going back to the end of Avengers: Endgame, old Cap was sitting on a bench holding Captain America’s iconic shield, and he gave it to Falcon, which basically starts the series.

Therefore, it wouldn’t be surprising if this actual moment was what started off the series. The pilot episode could begin with Cap handing over the shield and maybe giving Falcon some words of advice.

That would be a rather poignant moment in my view, and it would make sense since it’s not an easy transition to become Captain America.

I for one cannot wait to see this series which will see Bucky and Sam really get to know one another and fight crime together.

It’s a great premise of a TV show, and these Marvel Disney Plus series seem very interesting indeed.
