A Quiet Place Part 2 New Photo Teases Cillian Murphy’s ‘Strange’ New Character

A Quiet Place Part 2 is quickly becoming one of my most anticipated movies of 2020, and the fact that Cillian Murphy is going to be starring in the movie just makes me even more eager to see this film.

The film is directed by John Krasinski who starred in and directed the first film, but he’ll just be behind the camera on this one.

A Quiet Place Part 2 will take place immediately after the end of the first movie, and that means that we’re going to thrown straight back into the action after the tense finale of A Quiet Place.

We’ve now had our first look at Cillian Murphy’s character in the film, who’s just known as ‘Stranger’ in the movie.

This new picture comes from Total Film, and Murphy’s behind a big beard and wearing a cap. He looks like the kind of character you’d expect to see in a horror movie.

It seems as though Cillian Murphy’s character will play a central role in A Quiet Place Part 2.

He will cross paths with Emily Blunt’s Evelyn Abbott (Emily Blunt) and her children, Regan (Millicent Simmonds) and Marcus (Noah Jupe).

Cillian Murphy will be pretty strange in A Quiet Place Part 2

Murphy recently opened up about how he ended up in A Quiet Place Part 2, as he told Total Film that he began writing an email to Krasinski after having been “blown away” by the first horror film.

I was blown away by [A Quiet Place]! I was like, ‘I’m going to write an email to John Krasinski, because that was an amazing piece of work.’ So I wrote the email. And then I was like, ‘Ah, that’s so cheesy,’ and I never sent it. A year later, I got a call saying, ‘Would you be interested in A Quiet Place 2?’

I’m really looking to seeing how this all unfolds when it comes to cinemas on March 20th, 2020.
