It’s been revealed that Zack Snyder’s Justice League’s opening scene will involve Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor. Zack Snyder revealed this news during a recent interview with I Minutemen.

It looks like we’re going to be seeing a lot more of Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder’s upcoming cut of Justice League. This is pretty interesting because the character was kind of forgotten in Joss Whedon’s version of the movie.

Zack Snyder opened up about this scene in the movie during a recent interview, and the scene sounds pretty darn cool. Check out what Snyder had to say about the scene in question in the video below.

Here’s what Zack Snyder had to say about Jesse Eisenberg’s opening scene in Justice League as Lex Luthor:

This is the beginning of the movie, you see Superman… We go through, this is all the lightning, the kind of… Orange lightning that comes off of Doomsday, you know when he’s yelling ‘YARGH!’ If you notice there was also in [Batman v. Superman]… There was some sort of gravity issue like these rocks were floating and all sorts of things were happening… And then we see, as we drive in… That’s Superman there as we drive in there, he’s pulling the… Bone fragment out of Superman’s chest and he cries out.
