Zachary Levy Will Star In A New Movie Called The Unbreakable Boy

It’s been revealed that Zachary Levi has been cast in the upcoming movie called The Unbreakable Boy which will be directed by Jon Gunn. This news comes to us from The Hollywood Reporter who also revealed that Lionsgate is producing the film.

The Hollywood Reporter’s exclusive article also said that Zachary Levi would be playing the film’s lead, which is really nice to see. I’ve always been a big fan of Levi’s, ever since watching him in Chuck.

However, he’s gone on to star in the likes of Shazam!, Tangled and even did a great cameo appearance in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, which is a show I truly adore. He’s also a huge nerd, so I also love him for that.

So, back to The Unbreakable Boy, which is being produced by The Kingdom Story Company. They made I Can Only Imagine and I Still Believe at Lionsgate.

Gunn also wrote the film’s script, which he based on a book of the same name by Scott M. LeRette with Susy Flory. Jon Erwin and Andrew Erwin and Kevin Downes will serve as producers on the movie.

As for Zachary Levi, he’ll shoot The Unbreakable Boy, and then start work on the Erwin brothers’ American Underdog: The Kurt Warner Story, which will begin production in 2021.
