Will Smith Says He Would Return As Deadshot

Suicide Squad Will Smith Deadshot

Will Smith has revealed that he would consider returning to the DCEU as Deadshot, which I’m sure many DC Comics fans will be happy to hear.

He revealed this during an interview with GQ in which he went undercover on the Internet and answered people’s questions.

There were many people that thought that Will Smith was being replaced by Idris Elba in James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad.

Well, that wasn’t the case.

Elba was playing Bloodsport and is a very different character to Smith’s Deadshot in Suicide Squad.

I actually thought that Smith was one of the best things about 2016’s Suicide Squad.

I would like to see him return to the role and it seems like he wouldn’t say no to it.

Here’s what Will Smith had to say about Deadshot and Suicide Squad:

Yeah, I was working and they were ready to shoot. It was a timing issue.

Smith was then made aware of the fact that Idris Elba played Bloodsport in James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad.

When he found this out, Smith said:

Alright, cool, so I can come back.

So, it seems as though Will Smith might be open to returning as Deadshot to the DCEU.
