Uncharted’s Nolan North Wants Chris Pine To Play Nathan Drake In The Movie

Uncharted voice actor, Nolan North has revealed that he would love to see Chris Pine play Nathan Drake in an Uncharted movie.

This is rather odd since it’s already been confirmed that Tom Holland is going to be playing Nathan Drake in the upcoming Uncharted movie.

However, that has stopped Nolan North from claiming that he would love to see Chris Pine play Drake in an Uncharted film.

The movie is being directed by Ruben Fleischer, who helmed Zombieland and Venom.

It’ll star Mark Mark Wahlberg was Sully, which is interesting casting since he was originally going to be playing Drake in the movie.

Anyway, North – who voices Nathan Drake in the games – recently revealed during a live Q&A with Screen Junkies on Instagram that he wants to see Chris Pine play Drake in the film.

During his conversation with Screen Junkies, North revealed he thinks Pine would be perfect for the role:

I had like two, three seconds in Star Trek: Into Darkness, but I was there for about two weeks. We did some other stuff that gets cut. That’s just the movie business. But, I actually got to watch Chris Pine work, and sat with him at lunch. Finally, one time in the make-up trailer I said, ‘Hey, if a script called Uncharted ever comes across your agents’ desks, you should take a good hard look at it because I think you’d be the perfect character for it.’ I think he’s got the every-man quality, the charm, humour. I really liked working with him. I think he’s a good solid actor and a good guy. So, hat would be my top choice, probably.

Honestly, Pine would play an older version of the character in the movies.

That would be pretty cool.
