The Fast And Furious Franchise To End After Two More Movies

It’s been revealed that The Fast And Furious franchise will end after two more movies, however, this doesn’t include the spinoff films.

This news was revealed by Deadline who also revealed that Justin Lin is in talks to direct the last two movies in the franchise.

Lin is currently in post-production on Fast And Furious 9, and I for one would love to see him direct the next two.

He’s a director that seems to love and understand this movie franchise.

As for the stories of the next two movies, not much – if anything – is known.

However, it is pretty likely they will tell a big story over two films and they will focus on franchise main characters played by Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel and Sung Kang.

As for Fast And Furious 9, also known as F9, we do know that the movie will carry on the storyline involving Charlize Theron.

We also know that this upcoming movie will add the likes of John Cena, Helen Mirren, Cardi B and Ozuna to the cast.

What we really have no idea about is whether these final two movies will bring back Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham.

They are now part of the Fast And Furious spinoff franchise, which was kickstarted with Hobbs And Shaw.

It’s also been reported that Diesel and Johnson had a pretty big falling out whilst filming the Fast And Furious movies.

We also don’t know whether these final two movies will feature Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot.

Gadot was in one of the previous Fast And Furious movies, yet she ended up being killed off.
