It’s been revealed that Warner Bros. Pictures has delayed the release date of The Batman yet again and it’s now slated for March 4th, 2022.
Robert Pattinson’s Batman movie is easily one of my most anticipated films in the foreseeable future.
I – like many others – loved the trailer and I loved the idea of Pattinson as Batman.
I also loved the fact that the movie was being directed by Matt Reeves.
The fact that Reeves also wrote the film’s script was just an added bonus.
Then there’s the film’s incredible cast with the likes of Paul Dano, Zoe Kravitz and Jeffrey Wright all involved in the project.
I have to say that I was a bit worried about the film’s release date.
It was originally slated for release on June 25th, 2021.
However, the was then delayed until October 1st, 2021 after production was forced to stop during the coronavirus pandemic.
Yet, the film’s now been delayed yet again by Warner Bros. and The Batman’s new release date is March 4th, 2022 (via ComicBook.com).

That is a lot of delays to this movie.
They did reveal that the trailer we got for The Batman at DC FanDome was based on just 25% of the movie.
It’s crazy that they managed to make such an incredibly captivating trailer from such a small snippet of the movie.
It gave us the perfect taste of what’s to come in the film without spoiling anything.
The perfect trailer, if you ask me.
