Outer Banks Season 4 Scripts Already Being Written

We’ve been informed by our sources that writers are already working on scripts for Outer Banks Season 4 on Netflix which is interesting.

There have been many people asking what’s happening with Outer Banks Season 3.

Season 2 was just released on Netflix and it’s been doing incredibly well on the streaming platform.

It’s actually the most-watched show across all streaming platforms right now according to Neilsen.

So, we’ve been reaching out to as many people as we can who are involved with Outer Banks to try and get some information on what’s happening with the next season.

Netflix representatives, producers, writers, crew members and even agents,

One person close to the production, who wished to remain anonymous, replied and had this to say about the show’s future:

We’re finishing up the scripts for Seasons 3 and 4. Season 3 should start filming this year and be out towards the middle of 2022 – if all goes to plan.

So, it sounds as though scripts for Outer Banks Season 3 are already pretty much finished.

Therefore, the season should go into production relatively soon.

Now, we were told that Outer Banks Season 3 will not be released in 2021 – however, it will probably be released in the middle of 2022.

As for Season 4’s scripts, it is common practice for Netflix to get writers are its most successful shows to start work on future seasons even before they’re officially greenlit.

That said, this is a very good sign.

It basically means that Netflix wants to get the ball rolling in Seasons 3 and 4 as soon as possible.
