Omar Sy In Talks With Marvel Studios For MCU Role

We’re being informed by inside sources Omar Sy – the star of Netflix’s hit show, Lupin – is in contact with Marvel for a role in the MCU.

Just before Lupin Season 2 lands on Netflix (June 11th), it seems as though Omar Sy is already in talks to join the MCU.

The French actor has already appeared in a Marvel movie. He played Bishop in X-Men: Days Of Future Past.

He’s also appeared in Hollywood movies such as Inferno, Transformers: The Last Knight, and Jurassic World.

Moreover, Sy is about to return to the Jurassic World franchise in the third movie: Jurassic World: Dominion.

Well, it seems as though he’s about to join the MCU – at least, according to our sources.

Here’s what our source had to say about Sy being in talks with Marvel Studios:

I can confirm that Omar Sy is in contact with Marvel Studios. It would be for a role in the MCU.

I then pressed the source further, and they added:

This would not be him reprising the role of Bishop which he played in X-Men: Days Of Future Past.

So, with this in mind, who could Omar Sy be in talks to play in the MCU?

That’s a mystery that I’m trying to get to the bottom of.

I did press my source for more information on that, but they were unable to confirm which role Sy’s up for.

There are so many roles he could play in the MCU. Too many to chose from.

He did brilliantly as Bishop in X-Men: Days Of Future Past, yet it looks like that isn’t the role he’s up for in the MCU.

It seems as though Marvel has other plans for Omar Sy, and I say that’s a good thing.

He’s an incredibly talented actor and deserves to be in many more movies.
