Netflix Is Rumoured To Be Working On A Sherlock Holmes Spinoff With Henry Cavill

There’s a rumour that Netflix is working on a new Sherlock Holmes spinoff with Henry Cavill after his impressive turn in Enola Holmes.

Fans of Enola Holmes – or more specifically, fans of Henry Cavill – have been calling for the British actor to get his own spinoff movie at the Great Detective.

He played Sherlock Holmes in the new Netflix hit movie, Enola Holmes.

The vast majority of people seemed to really enjoy his unique performance as Sherlock.

However, Netflix is currently being sued by the Arthur Conan Doyle estate for their depiction of Holmes in the movie.

That said, people really seemed to enjoy Cavill’s take on the character.

There is now a rumour, coming from We Got This Covered’s sources, which suggests that Netflix is in the process of developing a Sherlock Holmes spinoff movie with Cavill at the helm.

Honestly, I am 100% behind this idea.

I know that I’m probably blinded by my adoration of Henry Cavill,

That said, I really did like his take on Sherlock.

Overall, I thought Enola Holmes was a bit dull and it didn’t really make much sense.

However, one thing that really did make sense – to me at least – was Henry Cavill as Sherlock.

I thought he had everything and made the character more upbeat, which I really liked.
