Marvel’s Hawkeye Show Has Begun Filming In New York Today

It’s been revealed that the upcoming Disney Plus Marvel Studios series, Hawkeye, has started filming in New York. This news comes to us from Chris Welch on Twitter. Welch works for The Verge and he revealed last week that they’re going to be filming some scenes for the new show in downtown Brooklyn.

According to Welch, they’ll be filming in New York starting today. However, he didn’t state how long they’ll be filming over there for. There’s been much written about this upcoming Hawkeye Disney Plus Marvel Studios show.

Some people have even been wondering whether the show would go ahead. Things had been silent on the project for quite some time. However, it seems as though they are going ahead with the project, which I am eager to watch.

Here’s what Chris Welch wrote on Twitter about Disney Plus’ Hawkeye series filming in New York:

Disney+ Hawkeye show gonna be doing some filming in downtown Brooklyn next week.

He then posted a picture of a ‘No Parking’ sign claiming that they are going to be starting scenes for a show called ‘Anchor Point’. That is the working title for the Hawkeye series, so it seems as though things are going ahead with the series after all. That is very good news as far as I’m concerned.

This news comes after it’s been rumoured that Hailee Steinfeld will indeed be playing Kate Bishop in the show. That’s perfect casting as far as I’m concerned.
