Marvel’s New Daredevil Series Will Be 18 Episodes Long

Daredevil-And-Kingpin-Returning-For-Marvel-Echo-Series

It’s been revealed that Marvel Studios is making a new Daredevil series and it will be 19 episodes long, making it the longest Marvel series yet!

This news was announced by Marvel President, Kevin Feige, during their Hall H panel at Comic-Con and it really sent the fans wild.

First off, it was revealed previously that Charlie Cox would be returning to the MCU as Matt Murdock – aka Daredevil.

We then heard reports that he would be playing a part, along with Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin, in the upcoming series, Echo.

It was then revealed that Cox’s Daredevil all also be in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law.

So, yes, Charlie Cox will be playing Daredevil a lot in the MCU over the next few years.

Now, he’s going to be getting his own Dareveil series, which is being called Daredevil: Born Again.

The new Daredevil series will be coming out in the spring on 2024

Feige also revealed that the series will be coming to Disney Plus in the spring of 2024.

So, really, we don’t have too long to wait before we get to see Daredevil back in his own Marvel series again!

The original Daredevil series aired on Netflix and then it was revealed that Marvel was stopping all of those shows.

The Daredevil series ended up in a state of limbo after having aired for three seasons.

Fans really wanted to see the show return, or at least, to see Charlie Cox play the character again.

I think everyone is in agreement that he is the best person to play the role.

However, Marvel and Cox weren’t letting anything slip.

And then, we all saw his brief but very effective cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Kevin Feige then said in an interview that if they were ever to bring Daredevil into the MCU, Charlie Cox would be the one to play him.

We then got some reports that Cox was going to be in the Echo series.

We actually reported a while back that Charlie Cox would be returning in a Daredevil series of his own on either Disney Plus or Hulu.

It seems as though they have opted to make the series for Disney Plus and it’ll be 18 episodes long, which is acutlaly a pretty long season for today’s standards.

It’ll be really interesting to see whether this new Daredevil series ends up being as impactful and also as graphic as the Netflix show was.

It was also revealed that Marvel Studios was going to be making more mature content.

This will start with the animated series, Marvel Zombies, and something’s telling me that the Marvel Disney Plus live-action shows won’t be too far behind in following suit.
