Lucifer’s Tom Ellis Closes Deal To Return For Season 6

It’s been revealed that Tom Ellis has closed his deal continue starring in Lucifer which means that Netflix can now get on with making Season 6.

There’s been a lot of column inches dedicated to Lucifer and what’s going to come next for the show.

A while back, there had been rumours that Netflix was going to make Lucifer Season 6.

This got many Lucifer fans – myself included – very excited about what could happen in Season 6

However, it was then reported that Tom Ellis was playing hardball with his new contract.

Yet, according to Deadline, Tom Ellis has signed on for Season 6, which means that Netflix can now go ahead and get the season made.

We still don’t actually know when Lucifer Season 5 will land on Netflix.

No release date has been revealed yet, but there are grumblings that Season 5 could end up on Netflix in July,

It was revealed by Tom Ellis that Lucifer Season 5 will be split into two parts.

This is a really interesting way to release a season.

Yet, it remains to be seen whether Netflix will decide to do this now that Lucifer Season 6 seems to have been confirmed.

Fingers crossed we’re going to hear something official about Season 6 very soon.
