The fantastic opening sequence of James Gunn’s Peacemaker has been remade in Lego animation, and it is glorious.The video, created by YouTuber Brick Cucumber, faithfully recreates the brilliant opening sequence to the HBO Max series.
The video caught the attention of Peacemaker showrunner James Gunn who tweeted out the video.

It features John Cena’s Peacemaker, and the show’s cast throwing some serious shapes.
It’s definitely not the sort of intro you’d expect from a DC TV show, but that is why it’s so glorious.

The Lego animated intro has definitely got James Gunn’s seal of approval.
You can stream all episodes of Peacemaker on HBO Max.
If you’re a UK resident, the show will be finally available to stream in its entirety on March 22.
Now, I’m just gonna rewatch both videos one more time.
