It seems as though Hugh Jackman might have just teased a possible return as Wolverine in the MCU, which would be utter madness.
I say ‘madness’, but what I really mean is utter brilliance that would blow the minds of many Marvel movie fans out there.
People have been clamouring for Hugh Jackman to return as Wolverine ever since he announced that Logan would be his last time playing the Marvel character.
Those clamours then just got louder when it was announced that Marvel would be getting the rights to the character and all the other X-Men characters back after Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox.
However, Jackman has been steadfast in his decision to leave the character behind him – publicly at least.
People think that the game might be afoot again since Jackman just posted two pics on his Instagram Stories today.
One is of him with none other than Marvel President, Kevin Feige.
The other was a Wolverine poster by Boss Logic.

Now, Feige and Jackman do go back a long way.
Feige was a producer on the X-Men movies before he became the head of Marvel Studios.
However, the fact that Hugh Jackman went ahead and posted these pictures of him with Feige is interesting.
He would have known without a shadow of a doubt that Marvel fans would start asking questions.
Does this mean that Jackman and Feige have been chatting about bringing him into the MCU fold as an alternative version of Wolverine?
Could Hugh Jackman be persuaded to return as Wolverine?
How much money would it take to bring him back?
These are all questions we would love to have answered, but we’re just going to have to wait and see what happens.
