Henry Cavill Reveals He’d Love To Play James Bond After Daniel Craig

Henry Cavill has revealed that he would love to play James Bond after Daniel Craig is done with the British Secret Agent.

I think I’ve said it here on Small Screen more time than I can count, but I’ll say it again – I really like Henry Cavill.

I think it might be a whole combination of things that make him so attractive to me, both as an actor and as a man.

He’s got those classic Hollywood leading man looks.

He’s got the muscles, and Henry is also a massive nerd, which is something I really love about him.

I would admit that he’s probably not the most talented actor working in Hollywood today.

However, he’s incredibly watchable and I’m sure that given the right source material, he could be amazing.

As far as James Bond is concerned, I think he’d be perfect.

Cavill was almost cast a Bond before they went with Daniel Craig.

It seems as though he’s never given up the dream of one day playing the British Secret Agent on screen.

Henry Cavill revealed this during a recent interview with British GQ.

If Barbara [Broccoli] and Mike [G. Wilson] were interested in that, I would absolutely jump at the opportunity.

At this stage, it’s all up in the air. We’ll see what happens. But yes, I would love to play Bond, it would be very, very exciting.

Sounds like Henry still really wants to play Bond.

However, this all comes after there were rumours that Tom Hardy had already been cast as 007.
