That means that you set a timer for, say, an hour, and then after that hour is up you spend at least ten or twenty minutes away from the screen.

You will also find that you make much more of that hour playing once you know you are on the self-imposed clock, so it could actually improve your gaming too.

Looking at a screen for too long is known to damage the eyes and cause you problems with your vision in later life.

However, the solution to this is simple, and you don’t have to give up gaming in order to look after your eyesight.

Ideally, during this time you will look into the distance as far as you can.

Because you are sitting down for long periods of time, you should make sure that you are regularly stretching, even while still sitting.
