Fans Making Fun Of Jake Gyllenhaal For Not Showering

Well, it sounds as though Jake Gyllenhaal’s a bit of a dirty boy – well, at least, according to Taylor Swift.

And yes, you did read that sentence correctly, but you might have misunderstood what I meant by it.

According to a song on Taylor Swift’s 2012 album Red, Jake doesn’t shower all that much.

The song in question is called All Too Well, and Swift recently revealed that she’s releasing a 10-minute long version of that song.

Well, it appears that there might be some lyrics in that song that are to do with Gyllenhaal’s bathing habits – or lack thereof…

The question I have is, why are there all these Hollywood stars that don’t like showering too much.

Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and now Jake Gyllenhaal? Are they trying to save the world by using less water…?

Well, people think this whole thing is hilarious and have taken to Twitter to make fun of it all.

Some of these tweets above are pure gold.

There are a whole load more and #JakeGyllenhaal is now trending on Twitter because of all of this.

Gyllenhaal was also reported as saying the following in a recent interview with Vanity Fair:

I believe that good manners and bad breath get you nowhere. So I do that. But I think there’s a whole world of not bathing that is helpful for skin maintenance, we naturally clean ourselves.

The article added that apparently “more and more [he] finds bathing to be less necessary, at times”.
