It’s been revealed to us by multiple sources that The Haunting of Bly Manor’s Rahul Kohli is in talks to play Ezra Bridger in The Mandalorian Season 3.

There have been rumours about Ezra Bridger being brought into the live-action Star Wars shows for quite some time now.

We recently reported that Ezra was going to be playing a key role in The Mandalorian Season 3.

It seems as though Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are now casting for the role.

We’ve recently been informed by numerous sources that Rahul Kohli is one of the names up for the role.

The Britsh actor recently got into some hot water with fans after he teased he was going to play the role on Twitter.

He then posted an apology video in which he claimed that he wasn’t really going to be playing the Star Wars Rebels character.

Turns out he is up for the role, but he hasn’t been cast yet.

Our sources told us that he is in talks with Lucasfilm about playing the role in The Mandalorian Season 3.

Here’s what one of our sources – who agreed to be quoted – told us:

Rahul Kohli is currently one of the actors talking to Lucasfilm about the Bridger role. He hasn’t been cast yet, but Favreau and Filoni are said to be a fan of the actor.

Another source, different from the first one, then also told us something similar:

Rahul Kohli might not have been trolling fans by suggesting he was going to be playing Ezra Bridger. He hasn’t been cast yet, but he might be cast very soon.

None of these sources added any information about the other actors potentially in line to play the role.

Kohli has been impressing people with his performance in The Haunting Of Bly Manor.

He plays the chef, Owen, and he’s perfect in the role.

It seems as though his stock is rising and if he’s going to get one award this year, it’ll be the award for 2020’s best moustache.

However, his performance in the Netflix series seems to have caught the eye of quite a few casting directors.

Kohli first came to my attention when he was in iZombie.

Since then, the actor’s been in Supergirl, The Harley Quinn animated series and The Rocketeer.

He’s also going to be in Mike Flanagan’s next series, Midnight Mass.

Personally, I can’t really think of anyone else who’d be better than Kohli to play Bridger in The Mandalorian.

He has the right look and certainly has the acting chops for the role.

We’ve already been informed that Bridger is going to play a key part in Season 3.

Being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy, he might have some answers regarding Baby Yoda.
