There have been rumours for a while that Maguire and Garfield will be coming to the MCU.
We recently reported that Andrew Garfield has signed on to star in a Spider-Verse movie.
That was then followed by another report that Maguire was close to signing on to the same movie.
However, it now looks like they might be coming to the MCU a bit sooner than we were lead to believe.
According to FandomeWire, Doctor Strange could be the one who brings the two versions of Spider-Man into the MCU.
He might end up doing this accidentally thanks to the Multiverse.
Doctor Strange could use the Multiverse to bring in Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men into the MCU
We already know that Doctor Strange will be toying around with the Multiverse in his upcoming standalone movie.
Doctor Strange Into The Multiverse Of Madness will see Benedict Cumberbatch’s MCU hero explore the strange Multiverse.
The theory as it stands suggests that Doctor Strange and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man will end up going into the Multiverse together.
Holland’s Peter Parker will end up stumbling upon the Spider-Verse and that’s when he’ll come into contact with Maguire and Garfield’s versions of the web-slinger.
