Deadpool 3 To Feature Multiple Loki Characters

Rumours surface online coming stating that the developing story for Deadpool 3 starring Ryan Reynolds has the character fighting off Loki characters. Specifically, Reynolds’ Deadpool will be facing off the TVA. In an interesting twist of the story, though still without confirmation, Wade Wilson may have actually caught the attention of the Time Variance Authority.

As to how and why, there are only speculations coming forward, considering the Merc with a Mouth tampered with his universe’s own timeline. Remember him putting an end to the other Deadpool? That, and the other times he may have dared make some changes, would definitely get TVA’s eyes on him.

Because the MCU is successful in opening its multiverse, anything can actually happen for Deadpool 3. Many possible scenarios can really happen for Wade Wilson to truly become a ‘fish in a bigger sea’ as production has previously described it.

Likewise, audiences can trust Wilson to make everything about himself. Maybe, it is still all to get the love of his life back, Vanessa Carlysle, portrayed by Morena Baccarin.

Deadpool 3 Faces Off Loki’s TVA

In The Hot Mic with Jeff Sneider and John Rocha, Sneider stated that ‘rumour on the street’ goes:

Deadpool 3 is Deadpool sort of taking on the TVA. And so, as a result with Deadpool 3, I hear Owen Wilson’s Agent Mobius and Tara Strong’s Miss Minutes will be in Deadpool 3.

To which Rocha asked:

the characters themselves?! wow! But no Loki?

Sneider followed it up with:

Don’t know if Loki’s in Deadpool 3 but I’ve heard that Owen Wilson and Tara Strong are going to be in Deadpool 3.

Rocha thought about the possibility of why they would be in the movie, story-wise. He said:

This idea of being with the TVA? I mean, we’ve already got Logan, Wolverine in there. Is that they way they’ll kinda weave Wolverine into this is that he’s jumping into timelines? Of course, we’ve got multiverses but is this jumping into the timelines’ to bring him in the situation and take on the TVA?

To which Sneider could not definitely have an answer. He did, however, previously theorize that the possibility of having Wilson as Mobius in the movie is because of the actor’s strong friendship with the director. He said:

…if you think about it Owen Wilson and Shawn Levy go back a ways. They did the Night at the Museum movie. It wouldn’t shock me if Shawn Levy got his ‘ol pal back Owen Wilson in this movie as Agent Mobius.

Deadpool 3 Goes To Fight Loki’s TVA

Still, we have to wait and see if this rumour gets a confirmation from the production or Marvel Studios themselves. It would be interesting, though, to see Deadpool wreaking havoc on the TVA. We wonder if they will encounter him at a time before or after Loki messed up the Sacred Timeline.

Any chances that this would also be the movie where we will see Deadpool be subject to Kang the Conqueror’s power and become the first captive superhero in the battle world?

The TVA, Agent Mobius and Miss Minutes aside, the third instalment for the fourth-wall-breaking mutant finally arrives in the MCU. It may be taking a while longer to leave crumbs of the story and what to expect but at least now we are sure that the movie is underway.

Definitely, Hugh Jackman joins the cast as the hyper-regenerating mutant with an Adamantium-plated skeleton, Wolverine. Leslie Uggams will be back as Blind Al. The latest addition to the cast is Emma Corrin, who portrayed the role of Princess Diana in Netflix’s The Crown. Corrin’s character is still under wraps.
