DC Films has revealed by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment that an animated Injustice movie is on its way, which is great news!

So, yesterday, it was revealed that the Injustice animated movie will be the next title in the studio’s upcoming slate of animated films.

This movie will be a take on the video game and the comic book series of the same name.

I am a huge fan of the comic book series and the video games, and I think that they would make a great premise for a movie, or even a series of films.

It was also revealed that an advanced sneak peek of the film will be available as part of the upcoming home release for Batman: The Long Halloween:  Part 2.

They didn’t reveal any other details about the Injustice movie. So, neither the film’s voice cast nor its release date are available as of yet.

Now, it’s also not known how much this film will take from the Injustice video game or the comic book series.

They do differ in their stories slightly. There is a lot more story in Tom Taylor’s tie-in Injustice comic series which is brilliant by the way.

The great thing about the Injustice franchise is that it incorporates almost all of DC Comics’ heroes and villains into its dark alternate timeline.

The whole story is kickstarted by the Joker tricking Superman into killing Lois Lane and their unborn child.

It’s a pretty bleak place to start this story from, and it only gets darker from that point on-wards.

Batman ends up going up against Superman, who goes on a mission to rid the world of all criminals.

The franchise features prominent story lines for characters like Green Arrow, Black Canary, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, The Flash, and Shazam.
