Harry Potter star, Daniel Radcliffe has opened up about the rumoured Harry Potter cast reunion and it’s not good news.
So, the 20th anniversary of the release of Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone is coming up.
People were really hoping that this meant that we might be getting a cast reunion, which meant that we might get to see Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson all coming together again to talk Harry Potter.
We’ve had the likes of the Friends Reunion which was released on HBO Max and did incredibly well.
The fact that Harry Potter is a Warner Bros. Pictures franchise, there is definitely space to have a Potter reunion show.
However, Radcliffe was asked about it and his answer hasn’t given us hope of this reunion ever happening.
Daniel Radcliffe says the Harry Potter reunion won’t happen
Here’s what Radcliffe had to say when he was asked about it during a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly:
I’m in the Dominican Republic at the moment filming and then I’m going to be busy, kind of working on bits and pieces until the end of the year. So yeah, I don’t know. I’m sure there will be some sort of celebration but I don’t know if we will be getting together or anything. I’m sorry if that’s a bit of a disappointment to anyone.
