Daniel Radcliffe Says The Moon Knight Rumours Are ‘Untrue’
There were some rumours claiming that Daniel Radcliffe was being eyed for the role of Moon Knight, but he’s come out and said they’re untrue.
It had been reported that Marvel was looking at the former Harry Potter star to play the lead in the upcoming Disney Plus Marvel series.
However, in a recent interview with ComingSoon, the British actor revealed that there was no truth to those rumours.
He did say that he wouldn’t say no to going back into a franchise.
However, he did say that he would have to be very sure it was something he thinks he would be happy doing.
Here’s what Daniel Radcliffe had to say about those Moon Knight rumours:
If I was ever to go back into a franchise, I think the bar for that script would be even higher than anything else. Before you can sign on to being in anything for multiple years, you have to be sure you’re really going to love it all the time. I’m not averse to doing any kind of franchise thing in the future again, that could be fun. But the Moon Knightrumors are untrue, I can officially debunk that one, I haven’t heard anything about it.
Daniel Radcliffe won’t be playing Moon Knight
Honestly, I’m not surprised to hear that the Moon Knight rumours were untrue.
It sounded a bit ‘out there’ to cast Daniel Radcliffe as Moon Knight in the Disney Plus series.
However, I would love to see Radcliffe in the MCU at some point, just not as Moon Knight.
What do you guys think? Would you have liked to have seen Daniel Radcliffe play Moon Knight?
