Bad Boys For Life Directors Want To Make A Deadpool Movie

Bad Boys For Life’s directors, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah revealed that they would be very interested in directing a Deadpool movie for Marvel.

The pair did reveal a few weeks ago that they had met with people are Marvel Studios.

However, they didn’t reveal what the meeting was about.

They recently spoke to Discussing Film about their future and what they plan to do next.

The conversation ended up moving on to Marvel movies, and that was when they revealed which movie they’d really like to make at Marvel Studios.

During the interview, the pair said they’d really like to make a Deadpool movie.

Adil El Arbi: “There’s so much. You know, we love Deadpool.”

Bilall Fallah: “We love Deadpool!”

Adil El Arbi: “Definitely. I mean there is more of an edge. If there was a Marvel character in the Bad Boys world…”

Bilall Fallah: “It would be Deadpool.”

They also added that they would be really interested in directing the upcoming Blade reboot for Marvel.

Adil El Arbi: “Then Blade is cool too!”

The pair were then asked whether they were openly declaring their interest to Marvel that they would like to helm these projects, the directors seemed to indicate that they were.

Adil El Arbi: “Well, if you do something like that it’s a high responsibility as well. If they say, yeah you’ll do Deadpool. It’s not as if we’re going to just say yeah – we’ll say “Oh sh*t”. But we love these characters. They’re also rated R characters.”
