Amber Heard Filed For Divorce Just Three Days After Johnny Depp’s Mother Died

Things are really starting to heat up in the whole Amber Heard vs. Johnny Depp case.

People are signing petitions to have Heard removed from Aquaman 2 and Depp rehired as Jack Sparrow.

Now, we’re hearing things from the court case between the two, and things really aren’t looking too good for Amber Heard.

The Aquaman actress reportedly (via MeAww) filed for divorce from Depp just three days after his mother passed away.

That really does seem cold if you ask me, but no one is, so I’ll just say that it’s not the best look for Heard.

She filed for divorce on May 23rd, 2016, which ended up kickstarting a court battle and it soon intensified and really has spiralled out of control.

There are now reports coming from both parties and this whole thing seems to have cost the pair pretty big jobs in Hollywood.

According to media reports, Depp’s mother and his sisters, even his two children he had with Vanessa Paradis, didn’t think much of Heard.

Depp’s close friends reportedly begged the actor not to marry her and his mother apparently claimed she was nothing more than a gold digger.

It was said that Depp’s mother thought all she wanted to do was use Depp to boost her own career.

It was reported by Rolling Stone back then that, “Depp’s inner circle had begged him to not wed Heard or to at least obtain a prenup. Depp ignored his loved ones’ advice.”

However, no official statement was ever made by Depp’s family.

Therefore, this could all very well be nothing more than hearsay and speculation.

They never mentioned anything about Heard filing for divorce just three days after Depp’s mother’s death.

Some reports even claim that Depp and Heard’s relationship reached the point of no return after Depp moved his mother into his Los Angeles home which he shared with Heard.

However, a source close to Heard had told People magazine that she was a truly devoted daughter-in-law to Depp’s mother, Betty Sue Palmer, especially during her illness.

The source claimed: “Amber was by Betty Sue’s side during this illness and regularly visited her in the hospital.”

The fact of the matter is that we’ll never quite know the truth of Heard and Palmer’s relationship, but it doesn’t put the DCEU actress in the best possible light.
