Altered Carbon Season 2’s Trailer Features First Look At Anthony Mackie’s Takeshi Kovacs

Altered Carbon Season 2 is coming very soon and there’s been a new trailer released.

In this trailer, we Altered Carbon fans got our first look at Anthony Mackie as Takeshi Kovacs.

Mackie is replacing Joel Kinnaman who played the role in the first season.

Byron Mann also played the role in the first season, and he played the original version of Kovacs.

If you haven’t watched Altered Carbon, then you might be rather confused by those previous sentences.

The show takes place in the future and in this future people can inhabit other bodies.

They refer to these bodies as ‘sleeves’ which is a rather disgusting term for it.

Anyway, back to the Altered Carbon Season 2 trailer.

This trailer shows Anthony Mackie as Takeshi Kovacs and it looks like he’s going to be pretty intense in the upcoming season of the show.

The Netflix show was created by Laeta Kalogridis and it was based on the 2002 novel of the same title by English author Richard K. Morgan.

Altered Carbon Season 2 will be released on Netflix on February 27th, 2020.

That’s not very far away at all and I for one cannot wait to see this upcoming season of one of the most promising Netflix shows.

There are quite a few shows that are pretty darn good on the streaming platform.

However, I think there’s some much potential in Altered Carbon, and I’m hoping the second season will build on that promise of the first season.

What do you think? Are you looking forward to watching Altered Carbon Season 2 when it’s released on Netflix?
